You can capture some special Hawaii

At the end of Waimea Canyon Road is a place where you can capture special Hawaii pictures of the stunningly beautiful Kalalau Valley. This lush green valley on the Na Pali coast of Kauai extends down to the ocean and is quite amazing to see on a clear day.
The Kalalau Valley is centrally located on Kauai's Na Pali coast.
It looks like a great spot to launch a hang glider from. Of course,
it might be a little bit rough coming back uphill after you land.
Clouds frequently back up into the valley and sometimes obscure the incredible view. However, if you wait a short while, they often will lift due to the changing trade winds on this side of the island. When they do, beautiful landscape pictures can be photographed with ease.

The beach below Kalalau Valley is accessible only by boat or by an eleven mile hike through rugged terrain. From the viewpoint, you can see waterfalls streaming down the steep mountain walls which surround this pristine valley.
With a zoom lens or a pair of binoculars you can see a number of waterfalls streaming down the mountain on the far side of the valley. Water is one commodity which Kauai has plenty of. The island is dotted with literally dozens of waterfalls.

If you turn around at the lookout point and walk a short distance, this is the view you have of the island interior.
There are many places on Kauai where you can take unique and special Hawaii pictures. Kalalau Valley certainly belongs on that photographic list.
